These mini-courses are designed to work together, with each course building on the last. When you join the membership, you'll get access to one mini-course per month over the first three months, in the order shown. This is to help you work through the content and take action, step by step, without getting overwhelmed. 

From time to time, I create bonus content for SFS members and invite guest experts in to share their knowledge and insights with us, to address burning questions from members and fill any gaps in the main course material.

I'm always led by what my members want and need from the membership, and they really love this approach.

You’ll be able to access all content for as long as you remain a member.

Join a wonderful community

As well as tons of value from the courses and bonus/guest content, you’ll also have access to a small community of people who share your values. This is a safe, friendly space to share experiences and get support from wonderful, like-minded folk.

You’ll also be able to join our monthly group sessions, giving you direct access to me so I can answer your questions and help you figure things out on your journey. It’s also a great way to get to know other members, who may be going through (or have already overcome) the same struggles as you.

The membership is a fantastic halfway point between self study and one-to-one coaching. You get the benefit of having direct access to me in a group coaching environment but can move through the courses at your own pace. It really is the best of both worlds.

Join the membership

The membership is continuously growing and improving, and the price will be going up in future to reflect this development. However, whatever price you pay when you join the membership will remain the same for as long as you stay in the membership. 

Sign up for 6 months - £180 pay in full / £30 per month

6 months is the minimum term, in order for you to get real results from the membership. After that, you can choose to stay in the membership at the price you signed up for, for as long as you like (you can choose to pay monthly or for 6 months upfront). Due to the nature of this membership, I am not able to offer refunds.
